When the business pivoted from a B2B wholesale model to selling directly to consumers, the existing website was no longer fit for purpose. Built around bulk retail orders, the original design lacked the user experience, messaging, and conversion focus needed to speak to individual buyers. I conducted a full UX review of the site, identifying the key areas where the experience was falling short, and redesigned the critical touchpoints to reflect the new business model; reshaping the user journey, tone, and interface to drive direct consumer engagement and sales.

Product Shoot

With the brand foundation in place, the focus shifted to bringing it to life. A full product and content photography shoot was directed and produced, creating a visual library that elevated the brand’s appeal across the website, social media, and marketing channels. The website was then redesigned from the ground up — a conversion-focused, visually refined digital storefront built with the end consumer in mind, making the product range easy to navigate and giving every visitor a reason to stay, explore, and buy.

A full digital marketing strategy was developed to grow the brand’s consumer audience from scratch, supported by a bespoke AI-powered automation system that handles market research, generates content recommendations, and briefs the creative team automatically — saving over 18 hours of manual work every week.
